"We were traveling to visit the NC Zoo and was able to stay less than 10 minutes away. When we checked in, the front desk attendant, Amber was very friendly and helpful each time we came to ask a question or for assistance. The continental breakfast was good but there were so many people in the area, it was uncomfortable to enjoy the breakfast. Maybe if the dining area was just a little bit larger, it would accommodate more families comfortably."

They did refer us to the 3 public pools, one of which was closed and the other 2 had an unknown wait time for over capasity. The YMCA requires membership, which the staff misinformed us about."

"There is no fitness center, and even though Expedia says you have free access to a nearby gym, you do not. The staff, for the most part, was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was nice. When we arrived, the AC was not on in the room, and it was very hot. After a few hours of the AC on the coldest level, it cooled off in the room. "Was dirty stains on the carpet stains on the cover of the sofa bed. It had a binge smell to it whispered for breeze in there couldn’t shake the smell. I just kind of lingered there. Bathroom door did not close and secure so you could not lock it it could just be pushed open at any time as they didn’t lineup to even close iron was broken. Phone wouldn’t dial out amenities. Very lacking pull down and not listed on the website it’s summer for one of the plans was to use the hotel pool, which is why...

"The WiFi was not a safe site. The Motel computer was not functioning. The continental breakfast was poor. No plain oatmeal cereal. Few food and fruit selections. Air conditioning for the room was very good. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful."
