"Clean room, good location, helpful staff"

"Had a wonderful stay at Nester Finn. We had two beds, two baths, a kitchen and a sleeper sofa did our family. The extra bathroom is a rarity! The fitness center was excellent and the rooftop a must for relaxing at night. Definitely the best stay I've had in New York City."

"We stayed for 2 nights as a couple. The room was relatively spacious for NYC standards, very comfortable, and clean, with a great layout. We enjoyed the street view from our room, and the location is truly prime! We also loved the 24/7 rooftop access, which offers fantastic views of the city. The staff was kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Every things were good expect we had very bad experience with A/C because of A/C was making very loud noise and we had to pack and changed the room. This new room A/C was not working and since we were very tired, we decided not to change room and because of hot weather we could not sleep good at all. Since compressor gone they put fan and that night was little bit cooler and we slept better than first night. Since this problem they reimburse us. We were out of room whole day and use the room...

"Location is great and staff was very helpful....thank you Carl! We originally had an room with an adjoining door and it was super loud, so we had to move from 9th to 10th floor and it was much better. Restaurant was nice too!"
