"Sheets had stains. Bed was rather hard. No extra roll of TP and the one provided only had 1/4 of TP left on it. AC worked well."

"Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel! Staff was super nice and the room was great! Stayed in a room with king size bed and had a nice sitting area with love seat. Room fridge and AC was super cold and bathroom clean and shower water pressure appropriate. I am not one to give overall good ratings to hotel, but this is definitely the nicest one I have stayed at in a while. Stayed in a DC hotel that was $400 a night and this place wins in every area hands down!"

"The propertywas clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was a little late getting fully set up. It was worth the wait though."

"All of my problems were Housekeeping problems. They include: only 1 tissue in box in bathroom / no light bulb in light next to one bed / clock did not work / sink in bathroom would not drain / kept call service number with no one answering it / tried to talk with maid who seemingly did speak english / the way that one shower door was fixed, you had to lean in to tirn shower on and got blasted with cold water."

"Chose this hotel because it had cheaper rates than others of similar class in the area. The hotel is in pretty good shape except the fitness room is closed (this was listed at the time of booking) and the pool closes at 8, which makes it difficult to use if you have day plans.They have a pool lift chair but it was broken (as is usually the case in these types of motels) so we couldn’t use the pool anyway, but it did not look clean and had a green tinge to it. "Staff was amazingly nice and friendly. My room was clean, except for the refrigerator was not wiped out. I really wish they would do some sort of a quick pick up for breakfast for the nurses that have to be to UAB early in the morning. Parking was great."

Had to use the main entrance every time due to the other entrances not working with our room key. Elevators were out while there but we were on the first floor and they were being repaired. "Well we actually did not stay here because of what I feel were unsafe conditions. We checked in they gave us our room key card, went to the room and there was someone asleep in the room. They had given us a room someone was already in. I didn’t feel safe staying there after that happened so we requested a refund and left. Still have not received a refund"
