"The hotel is a grand old lady, with hard working staff. All hotel area's clean, Staff went out of their way to help guests enjoy their stay, even the Chef went the extra mile for us. Friendliest hotel Iv stayed in for ages, bar man put quizzes on the bar TV for guests in the evening, No one was a stranger. Rooms had heating, that you could adjust yourself. It had everything we needed, even a hairdryer & iron.
Will definitely stay in one again.
The Leisure facilities were great too, though the outdoor hot tub was not available which was a shame. "

"We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. They even checked in with us afterwards to make sure we had settled in comfortably, which was a lovely touch.
