"It was situated well and close to the station. From the station the whole of Yokahama was at your finger tips with a SUICa card. Short trip by subway and bus to Chinatown. Hotel clean comfortable with very attentive staff. Reasonable priced stay. Perfect location for Cruise. If u want u can do train to bus right to cruise terminal."

"This was our second stay at the Hyatt in Yokohama. The service at every level was excellent! The staff greets you at the door, takes luggage to the room where pajamas, slippers, robes, water, coffee, and tea are waiting. The waterfront, park and restaurants are two blocks away. Getting around was so easy by taxi and hotel staff translate your needs to the taxi driver. Everything was made so easy. Thank you everyone at the Hyatt Yokohama for making our stay in Tokyo so enjoyable."

"Overall, it was fine, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness. We found hairs and dust in the bathroom. And there are several food stains on the extra blanket found in the drawer, and several room light bulbs are not working. However, nothing was fixed over the next two nights, and we left."
