At first, it wasn't too bad. The service and the receptionist were good and the staff were helpful.
I stayed there only for 1 night, since the hotel was close to the airport and I had morning flight. So, this hotel seems a perfect choice to stay. But then, when I was about to check out in early morning, around 5 - 5.30, there was no receptionist in front and the other staff in front didnt let us go. They said the receptionist was taking the guest to their room or something, I wasn't so sure. They asked me and my bf to wait until the receptionist come back which we didnt know how long and we had to catch a plane. So we were disappointed and we decided to leave, and just left the keys in front, even the other staff didnt let us. Hopefully it won't happen to the other customer.
And the management could improve the morning service.
