"When I arrived, it took me four times up and down the elevator to get into a room because the door lock was broke then one of the reasons I had booked this hotel over another choice was the hot tub and the hot tub jets were not working, and it was barely lukewarm the towels for the pool where the size of a hand towel and then customer service upfront wanted to complain about everybody dripping from the pool to the elevators."

"The hotel was dated and not in a good way. None of the ice machines worked. The pool was closed based on online reviews it been closed for several months. This hotel needs to be renovated and better maintained. "
