"Hallways and elevators smelled like trash. The front desk upon checkin was rude, the fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night"

"Parking was easy but $4/night which caught me by surprise, thankfully the front desk waived this for me. The property overall is in good condition and the breakfast was good with plenty of seating. I did ask the front desk for clean towels, but never received them. Our soap dispenser in the shower hadn’t been topped off either which is unfortunate so we ran out of soap afterwards, but thankfully packed our own. The rooms could use a little tlc and I did noticed that the shower wasn’t cleaned...

"The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the USB outlets by the bed and under the TV weren't working, but the one on the lamp was. The TV occasionally had bad reception, but not too bad.The air conditioning unit by the window leaked water on the floor at times, but it still worked well and kept the room nice and cool."

"It was very clean. Definitely an upscale hotel. Breakfast was great and lots of variety such as French toast, bacon, sausage, ham, cereal and a variety of toast. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here every time we come back home to visit."

"Quite frankly the room was small and for two guest we had 1 wash cloth and 1hand towel. The floor by the toilet was dirty and the pillows smelled like dirty hair and sweat. For the price of the room, I was surprised that there was not a free breakfast. The next trip to visit our grandchildren we will stay elsewhere. But excellent staff!! "
