"Requested room to be cleaned and freshened up with towels, coffee, drinking glasses. They said they would but did not. Had to go down at 11:00pm to get items. Otherwise it was fine. Btw…we were there for a concert so was charged 1100.00 for a 2 night stay. Regular price around 140.00 per night.."

"Upon entering the property, it had a musty smell which translated to the room. Room was dirty, carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. Shower had absolutely no pressure, bed was very hard and pillows had me waking up with headaches. My husband and I could not wait to leave. "

The room was dirty, there was pet food on the carpet. The elevator was not working so we had to bring our luggage down the stairs luckily we were on the second floor. "
