The breakfast had moldy fruit, the yogurt machine wasn’t working, and the jam was runny. There wasn’t a single cup in the rooms, or ice bucket. Also, no shower gel. There was also a nail clipping on the floor, which made me question how often rooms are vacuumed.

When I checked in the room, I saw a regular sized bath towel that was folded on the outside of the tub that was damp.
