"The overall stay was disappointing. The reception staff called to remind me about check-out time, which I found unnecessary and disruptive. The hotel did not meet my expectations, and the service could be improved. The rooms, particularly the washroom, are overdue for renovation. The bathroom appeared outdated and not well maintained. Combined with an overall lackluster experience, I don’t feel the hotel offers good value for money."

"We booked 2 rooms for our week stay & this hotel was truly beyond our expectations- location was close to Mactan airport (10mins ) & restaurants ; clean, spacious rooms ; free , delicious daily breakfast buffet ; & the best , kindest , courteous & friendliest staff ever !!!"

"Not as advertised. Facilities not available as per booking. Attempted to charge double the price of two bottles of beer back to hotel room, as roof top bar not available throughout the day. Forced to consume on street as wouldn't pay surcharge. Advertised buffet breakfast, later told only provide buffet breakfast, depending on guest numbers. Offered, soup rice and boiled eggs as breakfast choice. Two boiled eggs for breakfast, not worth the cost. Also displayed beside elevator. Back up...

"Staff were all amazingly sweet, helpful and friendly. The property though, leaves lots to be desired. The bedrooms we were in had no windows, they were drab, but clean enough. There’s really no amenities to speak of except for the restaurant which was good. For the price, it was as expected. If you can afford to pay more, you can do better."
