"A/C didnt work in the first room. In the new room it was great. I extended the stay and explained I would be having an additional guest. Ater they arrived I was told there was an additional 500 php per day charged for the additional guest. We ordered room service and they kept leaving the dirty plates in th w room, despite stopping at the front desk and asking for someone to come take them.
