"Check in was confusing and somewhat disruptive due to booking through Expeida. At first I was told by reception that I had not paid and that I owed the full amount £45.00. I went to my room . About ten minutes later whilst in the bathroom reception knocked on my door and said that I need to contact Expedia to sought the payment, he showed me a contact text on his phone from Expedia.
