"Everything was what we expected. Room was small but adequate for our needs. Blinds blocked virtually all light. Staff was very helpful. We asked for a fan we never received, but we were out a lot of the day. Location is great. The only issue we had was with the thin walls. We were woken up all night and apparently woke our late sleeping neighbors in the morning. Overall, I’d probably stay again."

"The Customer Service is excellent. Elevator is a bit slow, but otherwise, clean rooms, comfortable, bed good. TV was good. We stayed before our cruise and after our cruise. Convenient location. Nice courtyard and rooftop area too. Restaurants close and several to choose from. Highly recommed. "

"Great hotel and staff! Super clean rooms with a nice view. Was totally shocked to discover that our room had TWO full sized bathrooms!! Booked a double queen room for a girls trip to go to a concert and was not expecting that!!! So that was a nice surprise!!"

"Great hotel, super clean, nice sized rooms but be prepared to walk for food, restaurants and activities, use 5th street for less of an incline. We like the walk so it didn’t bother us. We parked elsewhere as well. Did not try role restaurant onsite. There is a free shuttle that comes by in the late afternoon that’s a nice perk provided by the city. We would stay again. "
