Room cleanliness and space was perfect for our short stay. Staff was very welcoming and were able to assist in every questions and requests we had. Breakfast was perfect for our morning kick start!

My only real complaint is the curtains in the room. There is a full length see through curtain that covers the window. The black out curtain has a very short track and only covered the extreme end of the window. Very bright street lights came through the see through curtain all night making it difficult to sleep. You will not be able to log into your own streaming services like YouTube TV or Amazon Prime in the rooms. The staff is very friemdly and professional.

Ended up getting a room at the last minute on the day of and it ended up being the best thing! We had a room at a local lakeside place and it was horrible, so bad that we couldn't stay and looked online at expedia and found the Hampton Inn. It was so nice to take a shower in a clean bathroom. The breakfast was a nice touch the next morning!

Due we could not sleep - due the noise, everything , even flushing toilet on next room connected to us , very loud, at midnight, we arrived Saturday night from 10 hrs driving and was terrible , yes they moved us the room sunday night, but that was terrible and we had full charged without discounted , they did not even said sorry or so, this was paid on cashed -

Friendly staff, clean overall in the room. It was quite. The room door and bathroom door squeaked bad. The toilet was loose from the floor and the water handle was loose. The ice maker was broken.

The elevator floor was dirty & the floor outside the elevator was dirty. The pool was green with algae. I’m not sure how they can call this a “Hilton” property.

The bathroom light switch was cracked. I told two different people at the front desk. The switch was not repaired. The switch was so cracked that if you were not careful your finger could push through the plastic. Dust on top head board.

The Hampton Inn was great and the people there were awesome. Hotels.com though messed everything up and payment would go through so couldn’t check in. Had to pay for another room and hope for a refund from Hotels.com. Thanks

I booked this hotel with the expectation of using the pool. The pool was down and the advertisement noted use of the pool. Because of a horse show in town, I could not find another hotel with a vacancy.
