"The property is surrounded by lush tropical plants, and you can even spot different kinds of wildlife wandering around. As other travelers have mentioned, the hotel has a rustic charm. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway where you can disconnect from your devices, slow down, and simply enjoy nature, this is the perfect place to stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They recommended so many great places to eat and explore, and were always happy to share their local knowledge and suggestions whenever I asked. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, and I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!"

"Everything was great about the property and we enjoyed our stay. Our only suggestion is more water in the rooms to drink because we were only given three small tiny 1/2 bottles on our initial day and they were never replenished and when we asked for more, we were told they would be refilled the next following day, but nobody visited for refill for eight days straight and we had to ask every day for new drinking water and ended up buying five large bottles of our own to keep in the room for the week stay"

"we were looking for a hotel at the end of our trip and came here and were so positive surprised. This hotel is amazing. From the extreme welcome of the staff and the beautiful layout of the hotel you feel like you are on a jungle vacation. They have a super nice, clean and large pool area and we were there all by ourselves. they will give you a shuttle to the entrance of the Jaguar park, as well as a band so you can ride the electric transportation in the park to go to the national park beaches or the tulum ruins. It is also very close to town and supermarket, 7 min drive by car."

"Beautiful location, beach and property, but on arrival received attitude from the reception lady and unfortunately every single time it got worse. It's obvious she does not like her job and it's unfortunate to deal with such personality everyday when she is the first person to go for anything you need. Servers were so sweet and helpful. The rooms were so clean and well maintained but I wish I could tell the same for public beach washrooms they were SO dirty(when the managers showed up at the property it go better but not fully) If you want to order food give it 30-45 min to get the food, the food is decent at the restaurant but the breakfast is such a waste! Literally nothing to eat. Yogurt, unripe fruits, cereal, 3types of pastries, butter and jam! That's all you get, you can get eggs that come with 3 slices of tomatoes and bread! The location and property has amazing potential if management upgrades the breakfast buffet and train front desk to become professional in costumer services I would go back."

"The resort was amazing only tip is dont eat at the resosrts take a taxi in to the city of tulum food is much much cheaper outside the resort areas, most restaurants in the resort area charge $20 usd per taco, in central tulum tacos are $1.30 each but nomade is probably one of the most beautiful places I've ever been too would definitely come again"

"The hotel scenery was beautiful to take photos or shoot content. Room was really nice. The pools were ok. Need to have proper lounge chairs by the pools. The shower heads in the rooms need to be changed. Hardly any water would come out but the tub was better to use instead. And it shouldn’t be so open the bathroom area since if wanting to bathe/shower in private. Nothing is covering that area. If wanting peace and quiet, it’s a place to stay at while in Tulum."
