"Everything was great until it was time for us to check out an early morning. No staff was to be found. We called the number that we were given if we needed help no one answered. They lock the front door so you’re trapped in there. Unless you go out through the garden did I mention it was pouring rain and I had all my bags with me and had to wait for the car service outside in the rain other than that the place was great"

"Clean, very good location, easy in easy out, very close to train station and easy to get to and from airport or by train. Bed was comfortable, not much space but enough for two night stay and allowed us to explore the city very well.
