"Room Was a disaster, stickers on the mirror , wall . No trash can in the room . Had a no smoking room . The blanket had a cigarette burn on it . Tv was not plugged in and not operational . There was furniture outside one of the lower rooms . Breakfast was not provided. Basically. Building should be torn down."

"room 'rustic' style. clean. single room w one queen bed was on the small side, adequate for overnight stay for two. very economical esp. compared with local options. shower hot/cold adjustment slower than normal. heat in bathroom fine. unit in main room kept turning on and off and quite loud. we would stay again. would be interested to see how restaurant turns out. only snacks available now."

"Hallway smelt like someone smoking pot. Bed was old and not comfortable."

"The breakfast buffet was very good with great variety. I also liked pots of hot coffee in the lobby available all day. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Perhaps it was because my room could be an adjoining room, but we could hear everything next door. Our neighbor called to complain about our tv volume, so I guess they could hear everything also."

"Our room wasn’t ready at the time of checkout (the receptionist told us the room was being cleaned), which was pretty upsetting after already driven two hours. I expected a clean room, but still found things like hair and dead peeled skin on the bed and floor. The people in the rooms next to us and below us were also noisy"

The selection of food for breakfast is so nice and the pool is indoors which is a bonus.. The fire pit is enjoyable in the evenings. Can not say enough great things so check it out for yourself - You won't be disappointed"

"Lots to do nearby. This is a converted office building. Appreciated the quirkiness of the property; however, it was fairly poorly maintained - quite dirty in the stairwells and hallways, dank smell in the room, dated furniture and linens. We liked the location and are easy going... so these things did not bother us, but just be aware if you're more discerning..."

"Convenient location for visiting Northampton and surrounding towns. Room was clean , easy self parking and breakfast was very good. Only drawback was there was no hand lotion in the room and had to request it from the front desk. I was told at the front desk that the hand lotion is no longer routinely supplied in the rooms."

"The serve breakfast on weekends and we were staying over Sunday night and the owner offered bagels and cereal and allowed me to take a cup of milk for coffee the next morning. Always an easy check in and very quiet, friendly, and clean. It's better than any other place in the area!"
