"This is the second time we have stayed here, in two months. Once again, we cannot praise the whole experience any higher than absolutely excellent. The location for all amenities, the staff for their help in making our stay wonderful. The hotel itself, including the rooms, are to the highest standard and cleanliness. "The room was very well appointed. Shower pressure and temperature were excellent. The restaurant was very well decorated and the food was of very high quality. The waiting and reception staff were very friendly."

Breakfast is available cooked breakfast, cereal, fruit etc. Again we have always found breakfast adequate. Parking at the hotel is £5 for the night and again we have always been able to get parked. "A good looking Hotel from the outside, the food in the restaurant smelled great as you climb the steps to the door. (There is a disabled lift around the side somewhere) Self check in with help available, parking fee arranged at this point, I had missed this on the website, it was £7.50 a night, not over the top but a surprise for me. "We were only stopping a night, just passing through but I wouldn’t stay here again. I was on crutches, the able bodied couple in front of us managed to get a ground floor room but I had to climb up two flights of stairs to reach our room. It was not clear when booking there wasn’t a lift. I struggled up to our room but the heat upstairs was stifling. A fan was provided but the window closed so it was just blowing hot air around. It wasn’t even that hot outside, maybe 20-22C but must have been...
