Room was very clean and property was safe. The breakfast had a wide selection of choices and I was able to find something that I could eat on my special diet. Staff was friendly.

Room was filthy! Area was not ideal. Service second night was minimal. Was not offered member courtesy like water at previous properties. Water was $4. Will not stay there again.

Good Stay, Noisy Area
The hotel was nice and lived up to its marketing. The University area on McFarland Blvd was noisy with traffic. We were on the street side and the highway noise hindered our sleep. Otherwise, it was fine.

We chose this hotel because the reviews were high and the price was low and it did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly, including cleaning and cooking staff, who seemed happy in their jobs. The room was very clean, the addition of a kitchen was wonderful, and the bed was comfortable. We ate dinner at Longhorn, which was less than a mile away, in a shopping center with great shopping across the street from a cute little indoor mall. Great location and great hotel. Highly recommend!

Plan to leave early
The facility was very nice, especially for the price! Breakfast was ok and the person who welcomed us the night of check in was pleasant. The only problem I did have was the day we were to leave. Online it said our check out was scheduled for noon. The hotel had signs up that said check out was at 11. At 10:45 we had a knock at the door as we were packing. It was room service coming to clean our room already! We told her we were almost done and please give us a minute. Not even 5 minutes later she knocked again. I informed her that it was not even 11 yet and our specific check out was actually supposed to be at 12. She walked off with an attitude and we were finally able to finish packing and leave. So, if you plan to actually stay until the time posted online, this isn't the place for you. They apparently will run you off as early as possible with no warning. Had it not been for that experience, I would give this hotel 5 stars. However, that final impression was a lasting one and I won't be picking this hotel again next year.

Good morning, I just wanted to state that I deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Under no circumstances do I accept this at my hotel. I would want our guest to feel uncomfortable, and very much not rushed to be checked out. I will be bringing this to attention today and thank you for bringing this to my attention. I hope that one day you give us a second chance to make this right due to this is not our brand standards that we go by.

Perfect location to restaurants, shopping, and staff and hotel were very nice. The bed was so comfortable and loved the spacious bathroom. We encountered and spoke with many staff members, and everyone was so friendly and personable. :). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our time there so nice.

I loved the vibe of this hotel. Very quiet and the room was spacious and everything in the area is conveniently located. By the way this was my 3rd time staying at the property and will book for future stays.

Great stay!
Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. Our room was clean, had lots of amenities, and plenty of space! There was also a fireplace area outside, that we sat at after dinner. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great stay
So far the best hotel in Tuscaloosa that we have stayed at. Very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms had so much space, loved having a table and a comfy chair. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and even some in walking distance and easy to get to UA.
