"Room was very clean, breakfast was great but we did not have hot water the last two nights and could not find anyone at the front desk to help. We have stayed here several times before and have always been pleased with the service and accommodations. This did not seem to be the same hotel - management was unavailable."

"The location was close to the freeway, with easy on- and off-access. However, this is an industrial area. The hotel room was very dirty, with large stains and dirt on the couch, stains on the bedspread and top sheet, and the top bed sheet was so worn that the threads were bare. There was a ring around the tub and no bath towels. there were two hand towels, and one wash rag, and one of the hand towels was dirty. we did not feel that this hotel was very safe as the side entrance door was blocked...

"The price was great and the staff were helpful, kind, and accommodating. The room was very nice. Way better than I expected. I have paid more to stay in places that are not nearly as good. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Clean but pool was under construction and I wasn't allowed to get my money back to change hotels because I went through Expedia. Only reason I picked this hotel was because of the pictures of the pool and my kids couldn't use it."
