"This was my third stay at this proprerty. The only reason that I rated it 4 stars was due to the low water pressure in the shower. Other than that, always a fun stay."

"This was our 4th stay at the Westin. The quality of the service has gone down just a bit, except for Michelle( the very best ) and Mike, both pool servers. They are cheerful and super efficient; always ready to help. We love the location, the walks in the morning for breakfast, shuttles to the beach; top notch!! We stayed in a room with a balcony, which we loved, but the furniture was less than appropriate for such a nice stay. Two chairs and a little table; maybe a loveseat or couch could be added? Also, I had to call three times for towels. I’m coming back with my daughter in ten days and looking forward to it."

"Allowed an early check in 👍 Had a really cool poolside room with a curtained patio. We spent all afternoon poolside with drinks from great bartender. Only downside was we came back from dinner/drinks @10:30 pm and power was out on the whole block 😔outside their control. Management was accomodating to this issue."

"Very clean. The bar was great. It had a nice selection of foods to order. The bartender was very pleasant. The clerks at front desk couldn't answer questions I had about my bill the first night. I was charged more than Expedia said I would be. Someone in another room came in late. Was very loud slamming doors and flushing the toilet a lot. Not sound proof at all. The hotel was very clean with a modern decor."

"Decor is a bit unfinished. The evening restaurant service was awful. They were understaffed and it took 1.5 hours to receive our food. The restaurant may be a separate entity, but it still reflects on the Kompose."

"Im not going to lie, for the amount of money that was spent for the room i would say that the holiday inn have much nicer beds then this place the bed was so hard felt like u was sleeping on a bench at the beach, when we came to our room it had had someone else name for the welcoming, and the walls are so then i heard everyone conversation. I will say they did have nice art work"

"The hotel staff was excellent. Room was good. Breakfast was okay. The other meals we had when we could order off the menu were good. And the 20% off meals was a nice bonus. "
