"Location was convenient, staff was very helpful and kind, air conditioning was great, room was clean for most parts. Property is needed repairs and furniture in dining area also. Breakfast was cold at 7 am a lot of things were not available"

"I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again."

"Couldnt access the front door entrance when checking in. We were told the pool wasn’t available, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. After checking in, found large toenail clippings in the carpet! Also, black marks on pillows, possibly makeup? I was told that I should’ve contacted the main desk about this. I feel the room should’ve been properly cleaned before I checked in. After driving over 4 hours I didn’t feel like changing rooms, or having bed linens changed. Later, at 10 pm at...
