"The front desk was not helpful at all. Just needed a corkscrew in the room, and she said i had to call and order it from room service. The phone in the room did not work. Still the front desk would not help order it for me. Unbelievable.
The valet was amazing!"

"You had to pay for any food at the grill bar restaurant even morning coffee 3.85 if you didn't like the coffee in your room beautiful place nice parking garages . They were very helpful. We had two Uber rides excellent. You do have to be on the actual Uber website tho.It would be nice to had a hot tub there but it was a very nice place to stay ."

"The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy."

"Hotel is literally in the University of Minnesota campus so it was super convenient, rooms are spacious and clean and beds are very comfortable, the loony is very nice and they have free lemonade and popcorn and there is a chic filet and Starbucks right downstairs and a Dunkin across the street, I also tried their restaurant and liked it a lot, highly recommend for U of M parents"
