"The bathtub did not appear clean and was not safe (no gripping material in tub to prevent slipping and falling). Also poor water pressure in shower. Housekeeping was good.Very noisy late at night, kids running up and down the steps and in hallway and in and out the exit door (my room was underneath the staircase and near the exit door). "The staff is wonderful! We had a block of rooms for my daughter's wedding reserved. After the wedding a big group of us met in the lounge area to continue the party. The young woman who was at the desk that night, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, made chocolate chip cookies for us! So sweet! Nicest bunch of employees!!!"

"I booked 1 room two different times but for the same weekend! The day I was arriving they called me and told me they were canceling my reservations! Mind you i booked over 6 months in advance ...they said they were overbooked the day I was supposed to be there! I live in Central New York and was traveling down there! "For a reasonably priced, near-beach location the accommodations were fine albeit bare-bones. Bath towels were skimpy; cheap soap and shampoo came from a dispenser (sink soap was empty); bed was hard and linens were thin; showerhead water for was a trickle. "A rather peculiar place where people come for a single night to spend time with women of easy virtue. The trash cans are overflowing, and the wind blows trash all over the courtyard. The breakfast is terrible and very meager. The toasts burn no matter what setting you use, and the bagels are very hard. Many chairs are overturned, and there is no staff. There is a pool, but it is closed to guests. If you have a choice, you should choose another hotel."

The beds were good and clean, so did the bathroom (liked the big tub) and most importantly the space was huge.
