"Only stayed for a quick night, but was pleasantly surprised at the property! Our suite felt very private and peaceful. Jacuzzi tub in the room was great!! Will definitely be booking here again next time we go to Busch Gardens!"

"The room temp was too hot and wouldnt cool down enough. The showers didn't get hot enough. The tv in the bedroom area wasnt working properly. My son cut his toe in the pool area. The beds were uncomfortable as well. The place was relatively clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee ran out and had to ask for more. "

"The biggest problem that ruined the stay was the mattress. The mattress was sunken in and prevented us from getting adequate sleep throughout our stay. The pillows were also very sparse/flat and difficult to use effectively. I don't believe the fan was working in the bathroom because after a shower there was condensation everywhere. "Our room has several random questionable spots on the curtian, wall in the bathroom, the bathtub was not clean at all with sand in it. we had to clean it ourselves before showering. The sick would not drain properly which I told the front desk lady about. We didnt know about the shower til later. The breakfest is not what we usually have gotten at other Hampton inns. The staff was friendly and nice. Just not sure what happened with the sink not getting fixed before we left. We were there for 2...
