"This used to be my school until 1982 and it has been lovingly restored into a beautiful hotel with great amenities in amazing grounds. Ample parking and a safe environment leads to a peaceful and relaxing stay. "

"The furniture in the room was old fashioned and knocked around. The bed was a double and to small for two people. It was also ultra soft and rolled to the middle. Shower was good and powerfull, only had to climb over the bath. Toilet roll cheap. Ok for a cheap night with no luxuries but nothing flashy. Stayed 2 nights and both evenings had to got back to reception for the key card to be reactivated and receptionist had dissapeared. Didn't use any of the other facilities."

"Warm welcome. Single room compact. Shower was amazing, best ever. Room decor could be spruced up. Honesty Bar. Evening Dinner was delicious but slightly expensive. Breakfast cooked to order for 0700hrs. Great coffee and breakfast highly recommended. "

"This was a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and also a welcome gift which was very well received. The room was great, a good size, clean and well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous. The Manor House is beautiful. The golf course was good and well maintained. The food was good, we had a nice breakfast and paid for lunch in the bar. The hotel has multiple games including table tennis, table football, pool and arcade games, space invaders,...

"Lovely room with comfortable bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Could do with hot plates for hot breakfast and disappointing coffee but otherwise super breakfast with cold and hot buffet. Book a bed and breakfast room if you will require breakfast. Restaurant food prices expensive. "

"First time I've stayed since it was taken over and revamped, personally, I preferred the older-style rooms. The location by the Thames is still a huge bonus. There is only one lift, which is quite small, a problem for disabled guests."

"I was absolutely over the moon with this hotel. Don't listen to the negative reviews. It was an absolute delight. Anil and the Nepalese manager (didn't catch the name) were so pleasant and they were friendly, helpful and great at their job! And the cleaner with the red hair was top notch! I had a quadruple room for 3 people for 2 nights and it was HUGE. It was one of the biggest rooms I've stayed in. I was so impressed that the ironing board, iron, hairdryer, extra blankets and extra pillows...

"Staff great, comfortable beds and clean room. Rooms are small with somewhat limited space for a multiday storage, but the Holiday Inn remains good value for Fleet, especially with its good breakfast included. "
