"Spacious and clean room - we’d upgraded to Premium. Decent selection of drinks and tasty breakfast options. Much better value for visiting Windsor in comparison to city centre hotels - and a much more chilled vibe. Would stay again."

"Beds were terrible we had 2 single twins so not comfortable i woke up on the first night with awful back ache like never before I could of cired when I woke up. My mum has fibro all her bones where hurting her when she got up they put extra mattress topper on but didn't make any better I had to sleep in the chair that was more comfortable when complaining the lads didn't understand it was the manager we will not be staying at hilton hotel again it was very disappointing"

"Novotel don’t have power outlets by the bedside - very strange. Hence the refurbishment ongoing in some of their hotels. Bring an extension cord or be prepared to power your phone up at the other end of the room."
