"If you don't mind staying in a bad neighborhood and having your items stolen out of your car then this is definitely the place to book. The places was over clean and neat the patio needs some attention. The hot water in the master bathroom doesn't get hot only warm water. Unable to reach host and host never contacted me back😡😡😡"

"I enjoyed the practical layout of the suite. Clean room. Floor carpet along with sofa bed needs a thorough wash. Thicker comforter would help as well."

"This was a stop that was convenient after flying in late . It was clean but sterile and the staff were cold ; not like the southern hospitality I'm used to ( people of the South are usually wonderful)."

"Overall, our stay was good. The location was convenient, and the price was very reasonable for the area. The only issue we experienced was with the availability of towels and washcloths. We had three guests in our room (originally booked for four), but were only provided three towels and two washcloths on the first night. When we requested additional linens, we were told none were available. The following morning, we asked again and received one additional washcloth, but the shortage continued...

"I loved the bar and restaurant on site. The coffee maker in my room was not working the attendant got it replaced for me. All staff was very nice and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was top notch they can subtract the parsley for me. Other than that I had a wonderful long weekend."

"You can tell this property is high traffic with high traffic. It’s harder to maintain. The staff was nice helpful and everything was picked up and clean. However, there were some maintenance things that needs to be addressed in the room. The shuttle was prompt and courteous."

"We used to stay at this property a lot, but haven't in years because we haven't needed to be in downtown Atlanta. It was just as good as we remember it or even better. All the staff were very, very nice. The valets were exceptional. The location was very convenient for our needs this trip. The hotel was well kept and very quiet except for occasional street noise and that was the fault of the folks with really loud vehicles. We slept great. We'll definitely go back in we need to be in downtown...

"Check-in was quick and friendly despite the long lineup. The room was clean and well appointed. We did not get to use the breakfast as we left before it opened, but we appreciated the coffee and granola bars to go."

"I over night did not have time for breakfast but had the opportunity to purchase dinner just before the kitchen closed, excellent service the food was good to. Front desks was help and the doormen helped well to."
