"It was a nice place. Everything we want to go was walking distance. "

"Toilet was not stable. Paint peeling from bath ceiling. A lot of dust. My wife had to wipe down the entire room. "

"Room was clean. AC was cold. Third floor has a great view. Within walking distance of pretty much anything you need. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Set us up with their complimentary shuttle to the cruise port. "

"It was ok for one night before our cruise. Looks like this was a Motel 6 location that is independent now. The property is tired but functional. The room had a nice view of the Harbor and Maritime museum, but there was a lot of street noise. Room itself was clean but tired. Ok for one night. "

"A charming venue with a European feel. It’s situated very close to some nice restaurants and a grocery store. I encourage anyone to make a reservation here except bicycle tourists; they were very unwelcoming to me, which put a negative twist to an otherwise very pleasant stay in Long Beach. "

"Really beautiful, extremely clean, completely modernized. Lovely bathroom, soft fluffy towels, and really sweet staff, all of them-apart from the women working the SPA desk the day we checked in. Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay. "
