"Good place to stay the night with shuttle service to the cruise terminal."

"The motel was very nice. It is safe and clean. We had rooms while staying here before our cruise. The shuttle was perfect. My only complaint was I had a granddaughter that got sick in the middle of the night. We went up in the morning to see if we could buy some toast for her and take it back to the room. They told us we would have to pay the $22.00 for the whole buffet. Really you couldn't make an exception for a sick child? We didn't ask for it for free. One of our members was even a VIP with owning their timeshare through Hilton."

"This hotel stay isnt just an overnight “stay”, it’s a hotel “experience”! We absolutely loved it! We attended the St. Patrick’s Day Celebration and had dinner and spent the night. We still didn’t get a chance to see the entire ship. There is so much to do!"

"I have a major complaint we had to get up at 5am and our neighbor next room kept us up with their arguing from 10 30pm till 4 30 am i called the front desk to handle the matter and filed a complaint expecting it to be resolved checked out at 6am and they told me to let you know about the incident for a refund i never had an issue but this was a bad experience thank please call meat your best convenience thank you"
