"The bed was cramped in the room. There was no heater in the room. Even though the room was clean; it was extremely cold most of the night. The staff was friendly at check in all the way to checking out. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage with concierge while we tour the ship. We had breakfast in the ship overlooking the harbor. The food was good. The waiter was not very attentive. We had to call other waiters to get our waiter for a coffee refill. He gave us our coffee refill and left the check on the table. No word from him at all. We even had to call the busser to bring us a to go box. We tipped him $10 for his friendly service. Even though the service from the waiter was not good, we still tipped him 18%. We figured he must be having a bad day. Overall, I give it a four star."

"Horrible experience the elevator didn’t work had to carry all my stuff the the fourth floor and my wife stuff the restaurant wasn’t open the main reason we booked there also the tv didn’t work when we got into the room we called front desk to complain about the tv and elevator no answer till the 3rd time never had a worst experience"

"honestly the staff made my mom feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable they escorted her to her room and didn’t provide a room key at all said they would slide it under the door at midnight and never did then the next day same staff member was rude when she asked about the key."

"To start this I want to mention that I never review places as I know what im getting into but holy crap I knew it was going to be mediocre because of the price but wow I was shocked there was no staff member in the office to start we had to repeatedly ding the bell for service but that wasn’t the worst part by any means. When we found our room which was easy enough we get in and the room was very poorly renovated with a conglomerate of mixed discount furniture. The peep hole is literally falling out of the door. There’s a 2 inch gab below the door where I presume a door jam is supposed to be. Okay expected that much. Than we move onto the bathroom which was so poorly renovated the whole bathroom floods when you shower and the floors feel like im in a log cabin from the 1580’s so not great. The floors feels like it’s going to fall in when you flush the toilet. The shower head is leaning so far off the wall it sprays the shower wall instead of the top of your head with no way to change it. The bathroom sink was also not attached to the base. Overall very poorly renovated. Pictures are deceiving not great 2.3/10 wouldn’t stay again wouldn’t recommend."

"Wifi doesn’t work, advertises for bath tubs but there is no tub stoppers, and they don’t have any in the office. Only plus is close to cruise terminal"
