This is the cutest, esthetically pleasing boutique lobby to a hotel. The set-up, the many areas of seating, the fireplace on the outside with the sofa set, super cute!! The rooms are updated, cute as well, the beds were comfortable, water hot and pressure fantastic.
The only issues we had was the door of the room was not flush/slightly open when locked/closed. On the walk in, there was a slight mildew humid smell due to the ac not being on, but we did turn it on, and the smell went away as soon as the room cooled off. The person at the desk did attempt to accommodate us with changing the room for us but we already bleach wiped everything down/lysol the room and we were tired from our flight from N.Y., so we made it work. The person at the desk did also help us get some late night eats from "In and Out", our 1st time having which was very good and very much appreciative that he went beyond his position to help us with that. We chose this hotel for the location and closeness to the Royal Caribbean cruise port which was 16 miles away in the taxi that the front desk called for us. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend, it was great for what it was used for, an overnight stay to start your vacation off!
