The location is incredible, waking up to the ocean views, spending time on Kaʻanapali Beach, and watching the sunsets from the resort were some of our favorite memories. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the entire resort had such a relaxed, welcoming island feel. We loved spending time by the pool, exploring the beautiful grounds, and enjoying the convenience of having everything we needed right there. The atmosphere was peaceful, the views were unforgettable, and it truly felt like the perfect place to slow down and enjoy vacation. Sheraton Maui Resort gave us memories we’ll cherish for a long time. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful Maui getaway!"

"I specifically seemed out a place with air conditioning, however the only thing or place that had air conditioning on the property was the rooms , in which barely worked. Everything is so spread out and not as advertised on the platform in which Expedia said. They also need to offer more areas for smokers instead of having to walk almost all the way across the property for a single spot"
