"Unfortunately, this hotel was way too small. We arrived one day later and were told we still had to pay that night. The rooms weee extremely small. The first room’s outlet was not in the wall. The shower was right in front of the toilet. No curtain was available. The sink leaked water and the door did not shut completely. The room was super small that it was not enough room for luggage’s for three people. The mattresses were hard and the blankets were warm but felt like plastic. They made a rustling noise like plastic bags. The next day, I asked if I would be charged for all five nights if I checked out that day. They said I would be charged for all nights at the regular rate I booked it for. I asked if a manager could consider at least charging only 50 % and the girl at the front desk kindly said they don’t do that. She was very courteous. I left that day and they charged my card the $407.11. One night was enough for me at this hotel. I checked into another hotel with way more space with well functioning sinks, a shower with a shower curtain and tub that I didn’t have to worry about the toilet paper getting wet while I showered. When my teen took a shower, the shower head would not stay in place and it ended up causing water to over flow into the bed areas. I was able to stop it with towels on the floor. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone."

"The room was just as advertised. The staff was very responsive when communicating via the Expedia app. Location was ideal as public transportation was easily accessible (bus stop was right next to the hotel). Also, convenience store located below the hotel was great for late night snacks and easy uploading of Wow and T-money card."

"Stayed here for 3 nights. I got the VIP room with the massage chair. It was heaven after a long day of exploring Seoul! I didn't have the breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that. The location was okay, it had a very local vibe but the station was not good for big luggage due to the stairs in the station. I couldn't find the station elevator when I arrived. Some reviews said Exit 5 but actually the elevator is between Exit 5 and 4 so you might miss it like I did. Also it's on Line 1 so it can get very busy. The staff were really nice and welcoming. Overall I recommend the place, especially for solo travellers. I felt safe in the hotel and in the area. Also very good for the price I paid. I will consider it again in the future. "
