"Reception staff amazing. Met us at the curb where taxi dropped us off and helped bring our bags inside and check us in about 4h before published time. Fully equiped kitchen. Many combinis (GS25, CU and 7-11) steps from hotel lobby. Easy walk to subway station, dining options and shopping. The Concierge service was indespensible for foreigners like us who don't speak or know local customs."

"My 4th stay at this hotel. Ideally located to walk to many sites but also 2 main subway lines are within a few minutes walk. Rooms are very well equipped including washing machine, LG steam cupboard and microwave. It’s my go to hotel when staying in Seoul"

"The hotel was overall good. The only issues we had were the lack of hot water for the first night, and the air conditioning/heating not working."

"The room was dirty. The staff was super super super nice accommodating. There was no hot tub. It was a bathtub. The water didn’t work. It was cold. It was a terrible experience because it was like nine or 10° in Korea at that time. I was excited because in the ad it says Jacuzzi look at the ad and there was no Jacuzzi. It was a bathtub in the room. Disgusting floors was like dusty dustier than dusty anyways it was not a good experience, except for the staff was super nice super super Duper nice but yeah, wrong advertisement. There should be say there’s a tub and the water didn’t work and everything was wrong. "

"The hotel was great and conveniently located near everything. The staff were very helpful—every time we returned to the hotel with shopping bags, they would carry them for us and even help bring them up the stairs. Even in the heat, they offered us water to keep us hydrated. It felt very safe and truly like a home away from home."

"Staff very helpful once contact was made. Location may be a bit of a challenge for those not able to use public transport and willing to walk to subway stations. Only concern was not knowing check-in info until hours before checkin."
