浴槽にお湯をためられないことをわかっての宿泊なので、そこに関して不満はありませんでした。親子でツインで宿泊しましたが、お安い料金なのでありがたかったです。建物は、古いといえば古いですが、清潔感があり、嫌な感じは全く受けませんでした。下がコンビニなので、夕ご飯のあと朝ごはんを買い込んだりするのも便利でした。駅にめちゃめちゃ近いので、うるさいと思いましたが、全く気にならず、スタッフの方も明るく、上田に泊まるときはまた泊まりたいなと思いました。

全体的に清潔にしてあり、気持ちよく過ごせました。駅前という事もあり、コンビニ、飲食店も揃っていて便利でした。 バスタブの排水が悪いらしく、水を張れないという口コミを見ていましたがそれもチェックイン時に説明をちゃんとされたので、別に不快には思いませんでした。 宿泊費がお手頃なので、また機会があれば利用したいと思いました。

とにかく古い。 お風呂も狭い。 廊下かタバコの匂いが充満していて不快だった。 お風呂にお湯をためれないのはホテルとしては致命的だと思うので改善した方がいいと思う。

安く泊まれました

駅の横なので、新幹線が通る音にビックリしました。あと、浴槽にお湯を溜められないということで、湯船に浸かれずちょっとガッカリしましたが、安く泊まれたので納得です。シャワー派の方なら問題ないと思います。

駅から直ぐで安く、コンビニが下にあるので朝移動するのに、最終新幹線で宿泊するのに非常に便利でした。 必要なアメニティを受付で取るのも、環境的に無駄が無くて良いと思います。 枕の高さが高く、首が痛くなりよく眠れなかったので、クッションの代わりに低い枕にして頂けると、更に良いです。

駅から徒歩1分と近く設備は多少古いものの清潔でスタッフは親切。地下には飲み屋が幾つか入っているし、朝は06:00から500円で食べれるお握り定食が最高(サラメシ亭)。今回は新幹線利用でしたが、いつもは駐車場も問題無し。何しろリーズナブルな上田駅前の定宿です。今回もありがとうございました。

温泉♨に寄ってから行きました

施設は古いですが、価格の安さで満足してます。電車の音は最初はびっくりしました。清潔感がある部屋で気持ち良く泊まれました。温泉♨に寄ってから行ったので湯槽にお湯を貯めれない事も気になりませんでした。
