"Getting in and out are easy, just use the code in their app. However I have booked the river view room specifically but I was given a room that is facing the street and to another building (North side), with a glimpse of the bridge at the last window.. I called the customer service number and they have swiftly changed me to the one that is actually facing the river (West side) and it was perfect. Beautiful view and very clean room. "The hotel is in an excellent location in the Old Town, and close to the Můstek subway stop. The room was quite spacious, very clean, and with very chic decor.
