"The staff was great as was the food. We weren’t happy with the room design ( almost no storage, room was a little small, no where in the shower room to put clean clothes and keep them dry ) . We understand the staff couldn’t redesign the room ."

"What an amazing stay in the heart of Gion with an easy walk to everything. Lots of eateries close by and a 2 minute walk to the station and Main Street of Gion. The service is excellent and we loved the amenity bar stocked with toiletries. The room is comfortable and quiet you just need to use your ninja skills to get in and out of the bed we booked the king room so there is no space to walk around the bed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat."
