The Hotel staff were very helpful although the language barrier made communication difficult at times. The room was very small but very clean. The 3rd floor lounge area was very nice to have - what a great surprise! The staff were always very helpful also. I can’t wait to return! Only one negative…I wish the bar were open just a little earlier in the evening."
