"Check in took a long time! I booked two rooms, but one was double booked. When we opened the door we found other guest’s stuff! Very confused! In the other room, refrigerator was empty. As a Hyatt member, i always was given free 2 bottle per room in other Hyatt places. This place refused to give nothing! Very bad experience ever!"

"Great hotel opposite Kyoto Station so very handy. Room was spacious which is unusual in Japan. Had a laundry room which was only ¥600 to use although we had to hang up clothes in room as it didn't dry them completely. Loads of good restaurants nearby in station (who would have thought) as well as combinis. Several shopping malls close by as well. Overall a good hotel and one I'd stay at again."

"20/10!! This has to be one of the BEST Hotel we've stayed at in Japan. For the price we paid, we we're not expecting such comfort, luxury, and space. The hotel feels clean and new, has a modern, yet traditional Japanese vibe. The rooms are enormous and the reception area features a coffee bar, and an ACYE Breakfast area.
