"Check in took a long time! I booked two rooms, but one was double booked. When we opened the door we found other guest’s stuff! Very confused! In the other room, refrigerator was empty. As a Hyatt member, i always was given free 2 bottle per room in other Hyatt places. This place refused to give nothing! Very bad experience ever!"

"Everything about this hotel was amazing. Rooms were nice and spacious, bakery in the hotel was very good and location is decent. My only issue is amenities are a little scarce like body lotion and stuff like that but not a deal breaker. The shower is phenomenal."

They also have complementary afternoon tea and snack. My kids also enjoyed the free craft event. I would like to stay at this hotel again."

"The location was terrific even though I got lost in the station. It’s on the other side from the tower side. The room was spacious enough and the robes for lounging were fantastic! I would definitely stay there again. Convenient shops outside that sell food, a small Uniqlo and other handy shops. There are laundry facilities but I found a laundromat just down the street. It’s a good hotel just not the ritz."
