"The hotel and the service are just miserably terrible. I was facing a very depressing moment in there. There was a blood stain on the bed sheet, toilet can't be flush. The staff tried to fix the toilet and it was fixed for a while, but then it broke again when I poo. That was really annoying. And not to be forgotten, right after he fixed the toilet, he touched my bed sheet straightaway. "Love this hotel. Booked the 2 bed rooms unit. It's very nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was great, we have dinner at the hotel too, and it's delicious. Staffs are very friendly, and they response quickly to your problem. What i love the most is the ambience, very peaceful and calm, good for us who wish to have a relaxing holiday. It's far from the beach and bustling nightlife, so I won't reccomend it for those who love beach and party. Will back to this hotel, next time i come to bali."
