Homestay di Umbria

"Excellent property"

"Everything about our stay at Country House Casco dell'Acqua was on point. The great location, the comfort of the rooms (very clean and well appointed), not to mention the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. We needed help booking a taxi and booking a reservation at the local restaurant. This was dealt with by our hosts with no fuss. The location was a perfect base for exploring Spello, Spoleto, Montefalco & Assisi. We also had one meal that was cooked for us by the owner one evening that...

"This property was in a beautiful and tranquil area of Umbria. The suite was very comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The hosts were friendly and extremely kind and generous, sharing their obvious love and knowledge of the area with me"

"Prima"

"Stayed 2 nights in June 2026. Beautiful place with garden and private parking and outdoor terrace - all you can need in quite spacious studio condo. Comfy big bed, aircon and a ceiling fan, dining table with 4 chairs and a kitchenette if you want to cook your own dinners (full with cutlery and crockery, fridge and coffee machine). Clean private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Host was very lovely too, we need an iron and we could borrow it with no fuss alongside ironing board. Very...

"Sometimes it’s the little things that matter. Fausto truly cares that his guests have a smooth and comfortable stay. From the laundry, to coffee pods, paper towels, salt, olive oil the little stuff that when you’re traveling is impossible to constantly buy and lug around. The bed is firm and comfy, quality sheets, everything you need to cook at home if you wish. Total privacy. Easy walk into the city. Basically a gem. If get a chance to book a spot here don’t miss it! Thanks Fausto!!"

"Fully equipped kitchen Well functioning central heating Spacious bathroom with hot water in plenty Potential guests should be aware that there is no private outdoor space. Further staying indoor requires electric light "
