"Just can't beat the view"

"Stayed here many times before then they got ridiculous with room costs. Was happy when I noticed they became reasonable so took advantage of it. Many don’t travel to Duluth because it’s become too expensive and often drive to Minneapolis instead."

"The access code for the outside door was not clearly stated in the material sent (unclear if the access code was supposed to open both outer door or room door) We had to access customer support and they were VERY kind and extremely patient. Make sure you leave time in the am for the little breakfast with pastries and coffee. Other guests were quiet and almost reverent of the beautiful space. The decor was charming!"

"We have stayed at several Days Inn Hotels on our trip... The gentleman at the front desk lacked professionalism as the front desk person is an ambassador of the establishment..personally, if you're unhappy with your management or corporate heads, I believe you should deal with them, not your customers...however, he was helpful with the sign on for wifi Unfortunately, this location is in need of some tlc...the ice machine wasn't working and it appeared it hadn't for sometime...bathroom door...

"Lovely hotel with old school charm. Rooms are decorated beautifully. Great location to uptown and lake walk. Lots of shopping and dining in the Fitger building. You really have everything you need right there. Definitely going back."

"Room was clean and spacious. Nice staff and accommodating, pool very nice w 2 hot tubs. Breakfast was nice. Only thing I wished was a bar with food for lunch and dinner. There were plenty of restaurants nearby but with a toddler would have been nice to grab something at hotel"

"This is a beautiful property located right on Lake Superior. They offer several on-site activities and common areas for relaxing or visiting. It is clean and well-kept with friendly staff. "

"Recycling option in addition to the trash bin would be nice. Also, There was only one regular coffee pod and two decaf. There should always be at least two regular. Everything else was great!"

"Cute condo right next to Lift Bridge. Well stocked condo, comfy beds and easy check in/check out process. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back sometime soon."

"Historic Hotel with Unique suites and a great vibe. Not your traditional hotel but exactly what we were hoping for. The ambiance was perfect both in the hotel and in the Rathskellar Speak Easy in the basement. "

"Stayed Fri and Sat. Wasn't too happy about coming back to an uncleaned room on Sat after a day of being out. Told staff that housekeeping didnt even go in our room and was shrugged off. Why am I paying the same rate as everyone else if I have to clean my own room, beds, garbage, towels etc? Oh well. Ill book elsewhere next time. "
