"The check-in process and check-out process was fantastic and the staff was extremely informative about the property. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning and was well maintained by the workers on shift. Finally, the amenities were great with the balcony and communal pool/fire pit area being excellent as well. Tough to find a better property compared to Twin Mountain Inn and Suites, so let the staff and property accommodate your Pigeon Forge expedition!"

"Room was clean, nothing extravagant but okay for a night. We weren’t able to bring our luggage in as there were told there were no rooms available on the bottom floor and no elevators. Makes it difficult on people who are handicapped. The man at the desk didn’t seem to care."

"I spent 2 nights with my 2 grandchildren and we had a wonderful time! Everything was so convenient and the resort had anything we needed. It was in the 90’s but we stayed cool the whole time with the indoor waterpark, special activities and food options. The outdoor waterpark was shaded in the evening which was wonderful!! The boys have already asked when we can go again."

"Location was great and within walking distance from the Main Street without having to worry about loud foot traffic. All other public parking is $20 so it’s nice to be able to just walk. Pool was fun and clean. Outside pool was a bonus too."
