Cari Motel di Union Grove

"I had to kill about 5 stink bugs in the room, they kept getting in from somewhere, that was rather annoying, but not as much as the AC not working and the property knowing about it because they had put in a box fan and portable heater in the room for use before I even got the room. So there is no telling how long that has been going on. The conjoining room door is not insulated well at all, I could hear the neighbors entire conversation even with the tv on. It is an ok room if you want to save...

"The hotel room was infested with roaches."

"Hands down one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed! The whole motorcycle-themed concept is awesome, and they absolutely nailed it. The rooms are spotless, everything looks brand new, and did I mention there’s an ACTUAL motorcycle in the room?! Not a picture, not a model, but a full-size Honda Repsol sitting behind glass. "Staff wasn’t very Friendly plus they put us way out back otherwise it was fine"

"Everything was good. The morning staff could have been a little more helpful and friendly. The evening staff was great."

Management was unable to relocate us due to the property being full. We stayed one night and left. Management assured us that the credit for the other three nights would not be contested. After numerous attempts by myself and Expedia the property management fails to acknowledge all calls and e-mails. (Pretty sad and completely...
