"Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "

"The property was perfectly placed and beautifully furnished. It had everything we could want for a short stay in Cornwall. The hosts were swift to respond to messages and very attentive during our stay without leaving us a sensation that we were being monitored or observed in any way. The location was very clean. "Myself and the little one arrived a little earlier than expected and were promptly greeted by the host, who was warm and welcoming. He kindly gave us a brief tour of the amenities before showing us to our room, which was immaculately clean. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely return."

"Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟"
