"This is not what is seen in pictures. The hotel is small, poorly staffed, surrounded by homeless and open air drug users. There is no cleaning service and the towels are like sand paper. Also, the “Jazz Club” is a tiny bar with four stools and no jazz. This was a total let down. I grew up in SF and travel there often and this is terrible."

"Great location. Large clean room. They have sales guys in the lobby give you a sales pitch when you check in, and they asked a ton of questions about my stay and what I was doing that was pushing the boundaries of friendliness, but it was a good experience outside of that. I wouldn't doc them a star on that, and I would stay here again."
