"Did online check-in and waited for digital key as I always do. Check-in time came and went and several hours later app still said that the room was being prepared. Had to go to the front desk only to be told that the room was ready. Not a big deal… But frustrating. Woke up at 6 AM to loud hallway music playing, open the door to find a speaker right above room 112 where we were staying. We were in town for a Lax tournament and the room above ours had unsupervised children that were banging, jumping, and screaming for hours. We endured it for roughly 2 hours before we called the front desk the first time. They said they would talk to them. No behavior changed.
