"The staff are Eden Roc,s biggest asset as they looked after us at the pool,bars,restaurants, rooms and reception always with a smile and a warm and friendly chat. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The pool areas are well maintained with comfortable sun beds and good towels provided. "We didn’t find it a dream but it wasn’t a nightmare either. The outside grounds, pool and beach area are lovely, water is crystal clear. It was the room that disappointed us. We stayed in a side sea view room, 102 to be precise. The room had such an old smell to it. Stayed for 7 nights and not once was our bed sheets changed, for a 5* hotel this should be a standard procedure after the 3rd night without having to ask.
