"Beautiful room, clean and well appointed. Valet and front desk staff were prompt, friendly and professional, even during an especially busy time. Access to the river walk was a plus. The evening reception included 3 cocktails as well as a hearty snack offering- enough to make a meal ( chicken, baked potatoes, pulled pork, etc). Breakfast also included a full range of hot and cold options. Would highly recommend."

No one answered, but when I get that the ones in the office watching their tablet, the whole time instead of picking up the phone because I travel out of town I wanted to the bottom floor, but when I got there, she said they only had a top floor for me."

Walking to River Walk and Alamo and area/mall around Alamo not too far, but the way doesn't feel super safe in the evening. I didn't try pool. Breakfast is breakfast = plenty of it, nothing fancy."
