"I arrived at midnight following a flight and was greeted by a friendly and helpful member of staff. Check in was quick and efficient. "

"Friendly staff, easy check in. Paper thin walls, we could have easily have had an intimate conversation with the rooms next to ours, who, obviously, woke up at 4 (airport), and jumped into action. Convenient, but not convenient enough for the airport. "

I did inspect whole bed, was concerned for the price, that there might be bed bugs. But thankfully none. It was quiet too. The price is unbeatable, and for easy convenient travel to Luton airport, it was perfect. Thank you overall. "
