"I got the airport shuttle and the member from the hotel was responsive. The property is nice and convenient located near a subway exit. We were arriving back to the hotel yesterday and the receptionist gave us some soup. Nice touches."

"Nice place, great views & location, lovely host & cats!"

"The stay was fantastic everything from the comfortable room to the river views which one shouldn’t miss. The breakfast let us sample from the comfort of the hotel a local dish called Dan Dan noodles. Which I’m happy to say beat the ones I tried in the city. I can recommend enough staying here for more than two days the day trips really are worth it and the concierge service helped make it all possible. I’d like to give a special thanks to vagrent fu who made the stay as close to home as possible...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the excellent service."

"Location is excellent. Walkable underground and overground to Chengdu East Railway station and metro. Tip - very large station. Departures upstairs, arrivals ground and metro underneath. Check in was very busy due to three hotels all checking in around the same area - (Rayfont, Longemont and Yes hotel). Our room was on high floor which was good as surrounded by roads and trains. Airconditioning not working very well, so had to ask for a blanket, which they got for me. Room was clean. Shared...

"The pictures on Expedia were misleading. Only 5-8 floor belongs to the hotel. Lobby is on 6 floor if I remember correctly. The room seemed not well maintained. I can see mold inside vanity sink cabinet. No delivery robots like other hotels I stayed in China, the delivery man gets lost most of the time because the floors are like a maze. They were doing renovation during our stay, it was so dusty and noisy…. Two things I like about this property, the breakfast and front desk ladies. I paid...

"My stay was absolutely delighted. The hotel is located at very central place, which is closed to Taikooli. Stuff are extremely helpful, they’re available 24/7, anything you need, just send them a message via WeChat. Will stay again next time visiting Chengdu."
